About KlinikCari
KlinikCari is an independent clinic directory for Malaysia. We list facts that can be verified: address, phone, opening hours, 24-hour status and insurance panels. We do not publish patient reviews, star ratings or treatment claims.
Verification policy
Listings start from public sources and the clinic’s own website. Profiles that have been checked (MOH register, a phone call or the clinic owner) show their verification level and the date of the check. Regular phone checks will start soon. Until then, please call the clinic to confirm its opening hours before you go.
Register match
Name and address match the MOH private clinic register (Act 586) or the MOH facility list.
First-party verification
A phone call or WhatsApp confirmed the name, address, phone and opening hours within the last 12 months.
Owner-verified
The owner or a clinic representative claimed the profile and confirmed every field.

Data sources
- The Ministry of Health register of private clinics (Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998, Act 586).
- The MOH list of public health facilities and open data sets from data.gov.my.
- Phone / WhatsApp checks by the KlinikCari team (starting soon).
- Clinic owners who have claimed their profile (every change is logged with a date).
Every profile lists its sources and their dates at the bottom of the page.
Editorial & advertising policy
Paid placements are always labelled “Featured” and limited to 3 per page. Positions in the regular list cannot be bought.
We follow the Medical Advertisement guidelines (Medicine Advertisements Board / MAB) and do not publish testimonials or claims about treatment effectiveness.
